Canada North Outfitting believes in respect: respect for resources, culture and tradition. Respect for the land–land that holds not just these precious resources but also the culture itself. We support the Inuit people, their traditions, and their way of life, standing against the pull of southern values and ideals. Sustainability is rooted in education–educating the south about a culture 4,000 years old. Respect it. Sustain it.
We share information observed from Inuit travellers, hunters, and guides with governments and scientists alike. The valuable knowledge we obtain is used to educate and inspire change. We respect the land, preventing damage by ensuring it continues to exist as close to its natural state as possible. We respect wildlife–preserving it as a sustainable resource for generations to come.
